At Collective Souls, each item is thoughtfully selected to support your personal journey and well-being. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Due to the personal nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used items or digital purchases. If you have any concerns about your order, we are always happy to help — your experience matters to us.

All appointments, readings, and classes are non-refundable once scheduled. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
